1. Who provides the service

The site, prospect-research service, and AI consulting are owned and operated by KAIDIGITAL SPA, a Chilean technology company based in Chile. Contact us at contact@client-rain.com. We do not represent ourselves as a US company or claim a US office.

2. Scope and acceptance

Our lead-pack service is research for business-to-business prospecting, delivered as an Excel workbook. Before payment, we confirm in writing the target market, quantity, exclusions, contact requirements, verification scope, total price, delivery timing, and these terms. A website inquiry is not an order and creates no payment obligation. We accept work only after checking scope and capacity.

Online checkout is not available on this preview site. Payment instructions are provided separately for an accepted engagement. We do not ask you to send card numbers or account credentials by email.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are quoted in US dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Any applicable taxes or seller-imposed fees must be disclosed in the total before you agree to pay. An individual pack or consultation does not create a subscription or automatic renewal. A payment marked pending by a provider is not yet a confirmed payment.

4. Delivery and the satisfaction guarantee

For lead packs, delivery is due within 48 consecutive hours after both payment confirmation and receipt of your completed, agreed brief, including weekends and holidays. We provide an accessible workbook and notify the agreed delivery email address.

If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 48 consecutive hours after delivery. See the delivery and refund policy for the process, the start of each window, and file-access issues. This guarantee does not restrict applicable statutory rights or your payment provider’s rules.

5. What our research does—and does not—establish

The workbook identifies sources, dates, available contact channels, and checks completed. Information can change after review. Published, technically validated, and unconfirmed contact details are distinguished. A technically valid mailbox may still reject an email.

A prospect is not a confirmed buyer. We do not guarantee responses, meetings, sales, a person’s authority to purchase, or consent to outreach. No exclusivity or minimum number of named decision-makers is implied unless expressly included in the agreed scope. Sample companies shown on this site are fictional.

6. Responsible use

Use the deliverable for lawful B2B research and outreach within the agreed purpose. Respect privacy requests, suppression requirements, source licenses, platform terms, and applicable email, calling, and messaging laws. We do not authorize unsolicited marketing by supplying a contact channel.

The service is not a consumer report and must not be used to determine eligibility for employment, housing, credit, insurance, or similar regulated decisions. Do not use it for harassment, deception, discrimination, or prohibited targeting. Any permitted redistribution or resale must be agreed separately and comply with applicable data rights and licenses.

7. Software and deliverables

Our proprietary software supports research and uses third-party technology. We do not claim ownership of third-party models, platforms, or publicly available facts. Your right to use the delivered workbook for the agreed business purpose does not include access to our internal software, credentials, prompts, or other clients’ data.

8. Private AI consulting

AI Strategy Sessions are 60-minute private live video calls at USD 750 per session. AI Workflow Deep Dives are 120-minute private live video calls at USD 1,250 per session. Applicable taxes, if any, are disclosed with the full total before payment. These are one-time advisory engagements, not subscriptions.

We review a short brief and confirm fit before accepting a booking. The date, time zone, call platform, agenda, and scheduling, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are agreed in writing before payment. A session request is not a confirmed booking. The lead-pack 48-hour delivery and satisfaction guarantee does not automatically apply to consulting; any session guarantee must be stated in its booking terms. Applicable statutory and payment-provider rights remain unaffected.

The call includes discussion and development of a prioritized action plan for the agreed challenge. Custom development, integrations, campaign execution, third-party software, and API usage are excluded unless separately agreed and priced. No revenue, savings, deliverability, or implementation outcome is guaranteed. Our operational advice is not legal, tax, or regulated professional advice.

We can plan client outreach and follow-up, including lawful contact permissions, opt-outs, sender identity, platform restrictions, and human approvals. We do not offer evasion of platform controls or unsolicited automated calling. Use redacted examples and do not share passwords, secrets, or personal data you lack authority to disclose. Recording or AI transcription requires prior agreement of all participants.

9. Questions, disputes, and changes

Contact us first so we can address an issue. Nothing here waives rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive or changes a payment provider’s dispute rules. Additional engagement terms must be agreed before purchase. The terms accepted for an order remain the terms for that order; later website changes do not retroactively shorten its delivery or refund window.
