48 hours to deliver. 48 hours to decide.

Scope of this policy

The 48-hour delivery and money-back offer below applies to prospect packs. For private video consultations, cancellation at least 24 hours before the confirmed start time receives a full refund. Within the final 24 hours, a session may be rescheduled, but is not refundable. Booking a consultation does not include a lead pack.

When the delivery clock starts

The deadline is 48 consecutive hours after the later of payment confirmation and receipt of your completed, agreed brief. Weekends and holidays count. We confirm the scope and our capacity before accepting payment and communicate the deadline with its time zone.

For example, if both requirements are complete at 2:00 pm ET on Friday, delivery is due 48 hours later. The deadline is calculated using elapsed hours, including across daylight-saving changes.

What counts as delivery

We provide the Excel file or a working download link and send a delivery notice to the agreed email address. The notice includes the delivery time and guarantee deadline. A broken or inaccessible file does not count as a valid delivery; after we correct the issue, the review window starts with the corrected, accessible delivery.

How to request your money back

Reply to your delivery email or email contact@client-rain.com within 48 consecutive hours of delivery. Include the order reference or the email used for the order so we can locate it. Tell us you want a refund; explaining why is optional.

We use the time your request was received, not when our team opens it. You do not have to prove an error, accept a replacement list, or take store credit. We refund the full pack price for a timely request under this guarantee and do not deduct our research costs or payment-processing fees.

Processing the refund

The 48-hour window is the deadline for requesting a refund, not a promise about when the funds will appear in your bank or card account. We arrange the refund promptly using the payment provider’s supported process and confirm its status. Provider and bank processing times vary. We explain the supported refund route before accepting payment.

If we miss the delivery deadline

You can request cancellation and a full refund for non-delivery after the agreed deadline. The post-delivery satisfaction window does not take away your right to raise a non-delivery or file-access issue. We will not unilaterally move an accepted deadline.

What this guarantee means

It is a satisfaction guarantee for the delivered pack, not a guarantee that prospects will reply, take a meeting, or buy. It does not limit rights available under applicable law or a payment provider’s rules, which may allow a different claim period.
