Who is responsible

KAIDIGITAL SPA, a Chilean technology company, operates this site and is responsible for the information it handles for its own purposes. Contact contact@client-rain.com for privacy matters. Processing may take place in Chile and in countries where our service providers operate.

Website visits and inquiries

This site does not have account registration, online checkout, or a form that stores your brief. Its contact buttons open your email application. Information reaches us when you choose to send an email, not simply when you click a contact link.

Your correspondence may include your name, business contact details, company, requested market, and message. We use it to respond, assess a proposed engagement, provide support, and keep necessary business records. We do not add inquiry contacts to a marketing mailing list automatically.

Hostinger and network providers may process technical connection and security information, such as IP address, requested page, browser information, and timestamps, to deliver and protect the site.

Video consultations

Consulting inquiries may include your business goals, current tools, workflow descriptions, preferred dates, and time zone. We use this information to assess fit, prepare, schedule the call, and provide the agreed advice. A video-call provider agreed before booking may process connection details, audio, video, and screen-sharing content to operate the call under its own terms and privacy notice.

Recording or AI transcription is not included by default and requires prior agreement of all participants. Use redacted or fictional examples where possible. Do not send passwords, API keys, customer lists, or sensitive personal information to request a session. Share only information you are authorized to disclose.

Cookies and analytics

We have not added advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, third-party embeds, or marketing cookies to this site. Fonts and site assets are served with the site rather than fetched from advertising or font-tracking services. Hosting or security infrastructure may use technology needed to operate and protect delivery. If optional tracking is added later, this notice and any required choices will be updated before it is activated.

Research data for accepted engagements

Business research can include company information and, where lawful and within the agreed scope, professional names, roles, business contact details, source URLs, review dates, and relevance notes. Sources may include company websites, public business materials, permitted directories, licensed providers, and information supplied by a client.

Such information is used to research and prepare a pack for the business commissioning it. Delivery of professional personal information to a client may be treated as a sale or other regulated disclosure under applicable law. We do not treat information as unrestricted merely because it is publicly accessible.

We do not offer consumer eligibility screening, sensitive-personal-data dossiers, or lists targeting children. Please do not send sensitive personal information, account passwords, or payment-card details in a brief.

Providers and other recipients

Information necessary for the service may be handled by hosting, email, secure storage, research/AI, and payment providers. Research-pack content is disclosed to the commissioning client within the agreed scope. Legal or security disclosures may be necessary to comply with law or protect rights. Payment providers handle their own payment information under their policies; this site does not collect card details.

Because our company is based in Chile, international processing may occur. Applicable transfer requirements and the roles of the parties must be addressed for an accepted engagement. We do not claim that the mere use of a particular provider makes all processing legally compliant.

Retention and protection

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry or engagement, necessary accounting and legal records, and resolving disputes. Specific retention requirements may be agreed for an engagement. We limit access to people and providers who need it. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Where necessary, a minimal suppression record may be retained to prevent reintroducing a contact after an exclusion request. We do not publish customer packs on this website.

Your privacy choices and data requests

You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or exclusion from future research packs and disclosures. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to opt out of sale or sharing, restrict certain processing, appeal a decision, or use an authorized agent. We do not require an account to contact us and will not discriminate for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Email contact@client-rain.com with “Privacy request” in the subject. Identify the relevant business contact or data and the action you want. Send only the information needed to locate the record; do not send an identity document unless we explain why it is necessary and provide an appropriate route. We may need to verify a request or an agent’s authority, proportionately, and will respond under the applicable requirements.

We do not conduct cross-context behavioral advertising on this site. This does not replace any additional notices, opt-out mechanisms, or registration obligations that may apply to a particular research service.
