Meet the person behind ClientRain

I’m Jorge, also known as Jay. I work directly with business owners through ClientRain, a service brand operated by KAIDIGITAL SPA in Chile.

Practical AI, with you involved.

I help business owners explore practical ways to use artificial intelligence, improve their workflows, and build tools they can understand. We begin with the work you already do and choose one process worth improving.

A useful first project has a clear purpose, a manageable scope, and a result we can evaluate. We look at accuracy, exceptions and the decisions that need your attention. Each permission should have a reason, and that reason should make sense for the task.

I want you to feel comfortable asking, “Wait, why are we doing it this way?” or “Could we make that simpler?” Those are valuable conversations. Understanding the choices behind your tools helps you maintain them and decide what to build next.

Each small experiment can teach you something about your work: where automation helps, where human judgment remains essential, and which ideas deserve more attention. Start with a concrete problem. Test a reasonable solution. Use what you learn to choose the next step.

Medicine, programming and making things

I taught myself to program at university while studying medicine. I trained as a physician in Chile and later undertook training and clinical work in anesthesiology and intensive care in Germany.

I have been developing inventions since 2015 and have spent the past three years working with artificial intelligence. My work has included applications, dashboards, software tools, telemetry and code for microcontrollers. I also work with 3D modeling and prototyping.

That combination is part of why I enjoy working through a practical problem, building something concrete and understanding how to improve it.

Working across languages and countries

I lived in the United States as a child and have also lived in Chile and Germany. I speak English, Spanish and German fluently. We can work face to face over Google Meet in whichever of those languages suits you.

I am based in Chile and work remotely with US and international clients. We agree a meeting time that works across our time zones.

Kai Digital is the business behind ClientRain. Your ClientRain service is provided and billed by KAIDIGITAL SPA; PayPal may show that business name during payment.
